Overview

A balance between comprehensive and subspecialty ophthalmology is maintained at every PGY level. At least one half of our residents proceed to fellowships, making the subspecialty experience essential to the formulation of an ultimate career decision. A high volume of surgical procedures in all specialty areas allows residents to develop competency and the ability to practice independently.
