About This Program
RRMCs OB/GYN Residency is a community-based, traditional 4-year program in Newport News, VA, training physicians since the 1950s and ACGME-accredited since 1971. We serve a large, diverse, medically underserved population with more than 2,400 deliveries annually, 4 antepartum rooms, 12 L&D rooms, 22 private postpartum rooms, 2 dedicated ORs, and a 21-bed Level III NICU with in-house anesthesia and neonatal coverage.
