Our Obstetrics and Gynecology Program strives to educate residents in best practices from both a scientific and humanitarian standpoint. We care for a great deal of marginalized people in this program, including racial, sexual, and gender minorities, immigrants, people who don't speak English, and those with low health literacy. It is our job to be there for everyone, and we take that job seriously. We do this while maintaining a sense of collegiality, in which we genuinely care for one another.
