Overview

Four hours of protected didactic time weekly. High patient volume and variety of pathologies. High treatment rates-both TNK and thrombectomy. Flexibility to change calls, time offs. Large IR team comprised of 4 Neurosurgery trained, 3 Neurology trained, and 1 radiology trained faculty. NCCU run by Department of Neurology with a closed ICU Unit. Opportunity to learn TCDs. Tele-stroke rounding service at sister hospitals run by NPs-unique setup. Dedicated stroke pharmacist. Active NINDS trials.
