Wide flexibility considering individual interests/career development-Fellows are supervised both inpatient and outpatient by a dedicated stroke attending-Fellows complete 6 months of inpatient stroke service with graduated autonomy-16-bed neurological ICU run by dedicated neuro-intensivists-Built-in telestroke experience -Monthly difficult case discussions with faculty-Robust grand rounds and didactic series-Home call overnight with no requirement to come to the hospital for intervention/tPA
