About This Program
We are the largest level IV epilepsy center in a large metropolitan area. We have expertise in cutting edge epilepsy surgery procedures, exposure to research, and diverse faculty exposure. Facilities include an 8-bed pediatric epilepsy-monitoring unit (EMU), a 40-bed neonatal ICU, & pediatric and cardiac ICUs. Neonatal EEG expertise is attained as the center reads EEGs performed in the Parkland Hospital NICU and 2 other NICUs in the metroplex.
