Overview

As part of the largest health center in South Texas, our aim is to offer comprehensive epilepsy training at one of the largest level-4 NAEC epilepsy centers in Texas. Clinical training is accomplished by an extensive didactic curriculum, exposure to a diverse patient population at epilepsy clinics, and a broad procedural range including EEG monitoring, epilepsy surgery, laser ablation, and neurostimulation. Clinical and translational research mentorship and electives are also provided.
