Overview

There is a rich history of postgraduate training in epilepsy at Stanford University since the 1950's. In the late 1980's, a formal 2-year clinical fellowship training program became distinct from basic science training. The epilepsy division boasts world class faculty and facility, and fellows are trained in cutting edge technologies for diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy. The program has 4 ACGME positions in a complement of 7-8 total fellows. There is a separate pediatric epilepsy program.
