About This Program
Tufts Neurology offers the breadth of Boston academic medicine with the intimacy of a close-knit residency. Dual-site training at Tufts Medical Center and Beth Israel Lahey exposes residents to tertiary, community, and complex referral care across diverse urban and regional populations. Residents train in a Comprehensive Stroke Center, Level 4 Epilepsy Center, neuro-ICU, and broad subspecialty clinics, with 40+ faculty providing individualized mentorship.
