About This Program

The NIH Neurosurgery Residency offers exposure to rare and complex cases unavailable elsewhere, with access to cuttingedge NIH clinical trials and translational research. Trainees serve a diverse patient population from nearby underserved communities and international referrals. Our unique curriculum emphasizes benchtobedside integration, advanced neuroimaging, skull base and functional neurosurgery, and multidisciplinary collaboration at the worlds premier biomedical research instituion.
