About This Program
The Stanford University Neurosurgery Residency Program provides comprehensive training across the full spectrum of neurosurgical disease with early operative experience, high surgical volume, and exposure to complex tertiary and quaternary care. Residents train at multiple institutions including a major academic medical center, county hospital, VA system, and pediatric hospital, caring for diverse patient populations across Northern California.
