Overview

Hepatology fellows will acquire expertise in performing consultations primarily focusing on the liver. Fellows will be expected to create a plan for pertinent diagnostic studies and laboratory tests, and to formulate an appropriate differential diagnosis. Additionally, fellows will acquire knowledge of the indications for liver biopsy and in endoscopic variceal ligation.
