Mary Washington Healthcare Program
About This Program
The MWH PCCM Fellowship trains physicians who lead from day one. Our closed MICU model places fellows as primary team leaders from the first week of training - no resident buffer, no observation period. Three fellows per year ensures every clinical encounter belongs entirely to the fellow. A three-block interventional pulmonology curriculum advances fellows to primary operator status on EBUS, navigational bronchoscopy, and medical thoracoscopy. Faculty include a CHEST ECMO Task Force Chair, ERS
