We place a premium on fellow autonomy and support career trajectories through clinician educator, quality improvement, and research tracks that are highlighted at: tamingthemicu.com. Fellows rotate at VA and LTACH sites and UC Medical Center is both a tertiary referral and county access hospital destination, so fellows see a wide breadth of pathophysiology ranging from common illness presentations to highly complex diseases requiring multidisciplinary coordination amongst numerous specialties.
