University of Mississippi Medical Center Program
About This Program
We are the tertiary referral center of the state and a level 1 trauma center which in turn brings in very medically complex and often very ill patients. We care for a large, underserved patient population. Our fellows get comfortable caring for sick patients and have a vast procedural experience including managing difficult airways and performing advanced bronchoscopy and pleural procedures.
