About This Program
The Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship at LSU Health Shreveport provides extensive training in pulmonary diseases and critical care. Fellows gain hands-on experience in continuity clinics, interventional pulmonology, ECMO, and CRRT, along with rotations in multiple ICUs, including trauma and burn units. The program emphasizes mentorship, procedural skills, and a diverse patient population, preparing fellows for careers in academic, clinical, and leadership roles in PCCM.
