Our program emphasizes clinical excellence, research/curiosity, resilience, and preparation for academic success and leadership. There are large number of faculty with international reputations to serve as mentors and promote career success. A large number of venues--Comprehensive Cancer Center; VA Hospital; county Hospital and trauma center; community hospital; community practices; hospice facility--and a diverse ethnic and racial population provide broad exposure to patients.
