Tertiary care capabilities and facilities in a community setting. Intensive clinic exposure to all hematology oncology subspecialties in the first year. Focus on continuity to allow fellows to follow patients longitudinally to improve their readiness for patient care on graduation. Allogeneic stem cell and malignant hematology training at world renowned Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Academic/research opportunities as a member of SWOG and NRG with supportive faculty mentors.
