Overview

The interventional cardiology fellowship at Penn State Hershey Medical Center is a well-established program, providing fellows with state-of-the-art training in all aspects of the specialty. The program instructs trainees on catheter-based interventions, the use of IVUS, Excimer laser, cutting-balloon, PTCRA, intracoronary stents, distal protection devices, pressure and Doppler flow wires. It is designed to meet all of the requirements for board eligibility in interventional cardiology.
