Overview

During the year of interventional training at Massachusetts General Hospital, fellows are expected to master the risks, techniques and indications used in interventional cardiology practice and to develop the judgment and experience necessary to select patients and function as independent operators during interventional procedures. The program is designed to provide training in interventional cardiology procedures for fellows with prior cardiac catheterization experience.
