About This Program
UNC Nephrology fellowship is unique due to the epidemiology of diseases seen including rare kidney diseases, training with world-renowned nephrologists and nephropathologists, and participation in multi-disciplinary and subspecialty clinics. The training is individualized based on fellow interests with a focus on quality of life in a supportive work environment. Fellows are encouraged to attend national conferences and are provided with strong academic, clinical, and research mentorship.
