About This Program

Wake Forest takes pride in a comprehensive clinical nephrology education, exposing fellows to all parts of nephrology, from glomerulonephritis, transplant and critical care, to ESRD, among others. Wake Forest owns twenty dialysis units, providing a unique experience for trainees to see policy-making, problem-solving, cost analysis, and medical directorships up close. Located in beautiful Winston-Salem, NC, we are close to the coast and mountains, a great location for those who love the outdoors.
