Overview

We provide intensive training in a supportive environment in all aspects of nephrology as part of our commitment to the diverse underserved population of New Mexico. Highlights include extensive exposure to critical care nephrology at a level 1 trauma center and the state's largest ECMO center; all forms of RRT (CRRT, SLED, IHD, and PD); kidney transplant; interventional nephrology; plasma exchange; and multiple subspecialty clinics (e.g., GN/onco-neph, diabetic CKD, peds-to-adult transition).
