Overview

The University of Utah is the only infectious diseases training program in Utah, serving several surrounding states. Clinical rotations include general infectious diseases and transplant at the University Hospital, VA medical center, and a community hospital. Several outpatient elective rotations are available, as well as a Master's degree in public health and science/clinical investigation with discounted tuition for trainees. Outside elective rotations are also allowed on a case-by-case basis.
