Overview

The ID fellowship program at Vanderbilt offers a rich and diverse training environment. Fellows have the opportunity to learn on inpatient consults as well as in a variety of outpatient clinics including clinics specializing in wound care, orthopedic infections, HIV, viral hepatitis and nontuberculous mycobacteria. Trainees also learn how to plan and implement a research project under the mentorship of Vanderbilt faculty. An optional third year is also available for research pursuits.
