About This Program
UNC ID is a world leader in domestic and global infectious diseases training, research and public health. Our program has exceptionally strong ties to local, domestic and international public health practice and research. We offer optional tracks focused on Antimicrobial Stewardship, Hospital Epidemiology, HIV, Emerging Infections, and Public Health, and numerous clinical electives with a goal of training exceptional ID clinicians and future ID leaders.
