Overview

We have a busy Level 1 trauma center, multiple intensive care units, the region's only bone and marrow stem cell transplant program and a solid organ transplant center. We have a strong foundation in research including a Vaccine and Therapeutics Research Unit, Respiratory Pathogens Research Center, a CFAR and a Vaccine Research Unit. We are a lead center for COVID research both therapeutics and vaccines. We also offer an international experience in Uganda.
