About This Program

Our program offers world-class clinical training with diverse pathology, outstanding research and global health opportunities. Fellows care for a large urban and referral population, gaining experience with complex and underserved patients. Our large ICU provides exposure to critically ill patients with a broad range of infections. Additionally, we have a comprehensive HIV curriculum. Fellows receive funds to attend the GW ID Board Review course, IDWeek, and optional one-month clinical elective
