Overview

All faculty participate in fellow education. We have 2 educational conferences a week. Infections we treat include endocarditis, bone infections, tuberculosis, blastomycosis, histoplasmosis, HIV, hepatitis B and C. Each fellow performs at least one research project and may choose a preceptor from the ID faculty or from another department. Graduates have passed their ID board exam and are pursuing careers in academics or private ID practice.
