About This Program

The goals of the Gastroenterology fellowship are to enhance the care of patients in Northeast Pennsylvania facing gastrointestinal disorders, as well as to strengthen the local workforce dedicated to this specialty. Fellows gain experience in both inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology and hepatology experience, including mastery of procedural skills.
