About This Program

The Gastroenterology (GI) Department at South Shore University Hospital (SSUH) includes five core faculty with expertise in general gastroenterology, advanced endoscopy, transplant hepatology, inflammatory bowel disease, and GI motility disorders. The division supports a busy consult service, managing approximately 25 patients and 10 procedures daily.
