About This Program
Our fellowship program serves the historic Harlem community, which is remarkable for its unique composition, including many immigrants from African, Caribbean, and Asian nations. In addition to managing the social determinants of health firsthand, aided by the NYCHHC population health dashboards, fellows see an array of infectious diseases.
