The Boston University program has one of the broadest clinical experiences available nationally and excellent research opportunities both on the main campus and at the Boston VA Hospital. In particular, fellows get extensive hands-on training in thyroid/parathyroid ultrasound and ultrasound-guided biopsy; experience rotating in multidisciplinary medical/surgical clinics for thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal disease; and integration in the center for transgender medicine and surgery.
