The three-year fellowship program in endocrinology at the Massachusetts General Hospital is designed to prepare physicians for careers in academic medicine and endocrinology. Building on an initial year of intensive clinical training in endocrinology, two subsequent years provide in-depth training and experience in a mentor-based, basic/and or clinical research environment.
