About This Program

The Integrated Hospital Care Institute (IHI) leadership is committed to the success of the CCM fellowship. This has been true with time, finances and many other resources. This remains evident with our education and practice days where staff have graciously volunteered to staff service lines so that fellows can focus on education. We enjoy a multitude of institutional resources, available without additional financial or infrastructure costs to the fellowship itself.
