About This Program
VM is a community-based program with an academic feel; an urban and diverse experience with the tight-knit and tailored feel of a smaller program. As a tertiary referral center, we train residents to be experts in complexity, collaborating with specialists while ensuring care remains patient-centered, teaching medical students year round, and preparing residents to lead in Primary Care, Hospital Medicine or Fellowships, with unique opportunities to gain mastery in QI methodology and advocacy.
