University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Program
About This Program
Our program supports diverse residents through certificates in research, leadership, teaching, and management. To prevent burnout, we have no 24-hour calls and introduce administrative time starting intern year. Clinical rotations include MD Anderson Cancer Center, Memorial Hermann (a leading tertiary academic hospital), the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, and LBJ General Hospital, serving Houston's underserved. We are committed to serving the vulnerable and shaping tomorrow's healers.
