The Western Reserve Hospital Internal Medicine Residency training program fosters resident autonomy and attending physician engagement in a community-based institution. We develop highly competent and compassionate hospitalists and primary care physicians. Candidates for our program are looking for a community hospital training experience. They will have an eagerness to learn, an ability to function as a team player, integrity, solid scores, and are looking to live and work in Northeast Ohio.
