Our program is focused on training the well-rounded internist for the future. We specialize in training residents to serve underserved and rural populations - in both the ambulatory and hospital setting. We also emphasize training in lifestyle medicine. We have established curricula in research and scholarship, well-being, teaching and high-value care. Special opportunities include sports medicine, rural health, partnering with community organizations to serve our community.
