Overview
Our mission is to train physicians to care for medically complex patients in a rural ambulatory or hospital setting. Residents train in the setting of a tertiary care hospital system that provides primary and specialty care to a wide region. Our graduates go on to general internal medicine and hospitalists practices and have found themselves to be well equipped to practice in any environment. We have a 100% fellowship match rate and those pursued who have gone to fellowship have flourished.
