1. Research Director. 2. Formal training on research curriculum. 3. Weekly, 2 hours ABIM Board preparation for PGY2 and PGY3. 4. Weekly Harrison's Club for PGY1. 5. Web-based NEJM-360 monthly exams for all residents. 6. "Teaching Teachers to Teach" retreat for all PGY1s transitioning to PGY2. 7. POCUS Procedure training. 8. Yearly NEJM-360 comprehensive exam. 9. FCCS course to all residents once a year. 10. PERKS bedside session to improve the physical exam skill. 11. Excellent pathology.
