University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago Program
About This Program
Our program is one of the most diverse Internal Medicine residencies in downtown Chicago and proudly cares for a predominantly underserved and marginalized patient population. Health equity, structural competency, community service, and advocacy are threaded through all our clinical and research programs. Our approach to medicine is unwaveringly academic with a strong emphasis on resident autonomy, but accompanied by a distinctively non-hierarchical and supportive culture.
