Our program combines rigorous clinical training with a robust educational curriculum. Residents participate in a protected weekly Academic Half Day featuring interactive, board-focused learning, simulation, and professional development. Our longitudinal Quality Improvement curriculum culminates in an annual regional Quality Improvement Forum, where residents present scholarly work and collaborate with peers, faculty, and healthcare leaders.
