Overview

This program has several unique aspects that set residents up for success in practice including extensive outpatient experience provided in dedicated 2-week blocks allowing residents to work in a team format with a dedicated attending. Residents work with a broad spectrum of patients including veterans and a widely diverse patient population at the county hospital. As a university-based program, faculty are academically based with a tremendous depth of specialty and subspecialties represented.
