Our mission is to create a diverse physician workforce dedicated to social justice, intellectual curiosity and process-improvement. We strive to develop each resident's ability to deliver evidence-based, humanistic, high-quality medical care, and to prepare our graduates to be leaders and scholars in their fields. Our curriculum is intentionally designed to develop trainees who are skilled in patient-centered, evidence-based medicine; patient safety and high value care; and healthy equity.
