About This Program
The UCI School of Medicine offers a fully accredited Internal Medicine Residency training program in both categorical and preliminary medicine, providing a comprehensive, evidence-based education that creates well-rounded, astute clinicians with a passion for leadership, innovation and patient-centered care. Our training includes a wealth of experience, ensuring trainees are exposed to the full spectrum of care, from routine primary care through specialized quaternary care.
