About This Program

Excellent longitudinal community partnerships which offer longitudinal geriatrics expert experience on teams including the King County Elder Abuse MDT and ongoing engagement with an older adult permanent supportive housing building across from our clinic, Plymouth Blake House. We are proud to partner with and offer opportunities to work in the areas of community centered care and social justice.
