Program trains physicians who have completed EITHER Family Medicine and Internal Medicine ACGME residency programs and our graduates are eligible for certification from their respective board. We are part of a very large regional health system affiliated with Wake Forest University School of Medicine and we offer a wide variety of clinical services including outpatient geriatric primary care, geriatric psychiatry, SNF care, inpatient rehabilitation, memory care, and geriatric oncology.
