Established in 1998, the AdventHealth Geriatric Medicine Fellowship is located in beautiful Winter Park, Florida. Clinical experience is varied including Post-acute and Long-Term Care in Skilled Nursing Settings, Assisted Living, hospital and home visits. Outpatient primary care and interdisciplinary Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment clinics with full time Medical Social Worker in the office. Weekly didactics based on Geriatrics Review Syllabus serves as Board Exam preparation- excellent pas
