About This Program
The AW Family Medicine program is located in an urban community in the city of Milwaukee and serves patients from multiple backgrounds, including country of origin and languages. Various identified health inequities contribute to daily challenges for our patients and community. This is balanced with an emphasis on a holistic health model using Integrative Medicine tools for care of self and attention to community-based activities and robust ambulatory clinic. -
